Since the age of 12, Logan has owned and operated dozens of growing businesses, employing hundreds of individuals along the way. His experience spans commercial and residential real estate, with a strong focus on construction, development, and project execution. With a proven ability to identify opportunities and oversee complex development projects, Logan combines entrepreneurial vision with practical, hands-on leadership. His background in roles such as Founder, Vice President, President, and CEO across multiple industries has given him a strong command of operations, financial management, and strategic growth.

At Shoreline Construction, Logan brings a development-minded and financially disciplined approach to every project. He is actively involved in planning, entitlements, budgeting, cost control, and financial oversight. He also oversees key partner and banking relationships that support individual projects and the company’s continued growth. This balance of development leadership and financial management helps ensure that projects are not only well built, but also strategically executed.

Logan is a licensed realtor in the state of Michigan and holds a Private Pilot Certificate. Outside of work, he enjoys boating on Lake Michigan, staying active, and spending quality time with his wife, Ellery, and their two children, Owen and Miles.
